ORDER PLACEMENT

General Instructions

To order our rotary-draw tube-bending products, you can:

	Fax your purchase order to us at 616-454-9958, Attn: Rod Malone or Steve Parrow.
	E-mail your purchase order to either Rod Malone (rmalone@bendtooling.com) or Steve Parrow (sparrow@bendtooling.com).
	Phone us at 1-800-284-8823 (toll-free from the U.S. and Canada) or at 616-454-9965 (from all other points in the world), and ask for either Rod Malone or Steve Parrow.

When placing your order, please give us your quotation number (if applicable) or specify the tools you want as described in the "Request for Quotation" section.

Engineering Verification

If you are ordering from us bending dies (i.e., bend die, clamp die, or pressure die) for a machine we have not previously tooled, we will fax to you drawings to verify the machine mountings for these tools. Please review these drawings carefully and promptly verify their accuracy or send us corrections. We will not be able to proceed with your order until this verification process is completed. The sooner you give us the go-ahead, the sooner we can deliver your bending dies to you. Please contact Dan Bradley with any questions about engineering verification.

Sales Order Confirmation

Separate from the engineering verification process, we will confirm your order by either faxing or e-mailing to you a "Sales Order Confirmation". This document will specify the type and quantity of the products you have ordered, their price, their delivery, credit terms, and shipping mode. Please review this document carefully, because we will fulfill it as written unless you immediately direct us to do otherwise. If you have not received a Sales Order Confirmation or you need to discuss the one you did receive, please contact either Rod Malone or Steve Parrow.
